The Real Madrid president believes there is no rival to the Portuguese superstar, who he has hailed as ‘the most complete player’ in football
Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has been labelled the best player in the world by the club’s president Florentino Perez.
The Portugual captain has netted 25 goals in 14 Liga outings to propel the club above title rivals Barcelona and Atletio Madrid at the top of La Liga.
Following their World Club Cup triumph, the president of the Spanish giants has heaped prasie upon the Ballon d’Or noimnee, who he believes has no equal.
“Of course he’s the most complete, and not only for what he’s achieved,” Perez said during a visit to Panama City. “Without a doubt he’s the best.”
Despite losing out on the Liga title to their city-rivals in the previous campaign Madrid still secured a haul of four trophies, and the 67-year-old was pleased the club had transmitted some positive values in the process.
“This effort is not only to win games, add another title to our trophy cabinet and to continue to grow the legend of Real Madrid, who greatly help the world from a sporting point of view, but it also allows us to pass on our values, especially to children.”
