The Poland international has not forgotten about last year’s Champions League tie and has set his sights on a repeat

Borussia Dortmund defender Lukasz Piszczek is hopeful the German giants can replicate last year’s performance against Real Madrid and reach the Champions League semi-finals at the expense of the Santiago Bernabeu side.
The Bundesliga outfit recorded a 4-3 aggregate win over Madrid in the semi-finals of last year’s edition of European club football’s elite competition and Piszczek has set his sights on yet another shock this campaign.
“We want to cause another surprise,” the Poland international told Goal.
“Who knows, we might be able to pull off another shock.”
Nevertheless, Piszczek realises Dortmund are in for a tough task if they are to see off Carlo Ancelotti’s men.
“We all know what we are up against. Real Madrid are a major force in Europe.”
The first-leg takes place at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday, with the returned scheduled for April 8 at the Signal Iduna Park.
